Budget Planning
To assist with your project management we provide accurate transport quotations and schedules based on using proven services. We encourage early and open communication, attend production meetings and share our experiences in order to assist you with not only freight planning but other decisions such as hire times, build and installation schedules and travel arrangements.
Airfreight
Carriage of your equipment is always made by scheduled direct services wherever possible. Full aircraft charters are also regularly arranged for large projects or ones where scheduled aircraft cannot fulfil the delivery objective. We hold accounts with all major airlines in the UK and have strong relationships with Carriers, HM Customs and the Chamber of Commerce.
Ocean Freight
We trade with all major shipping lines operating into and out of the UK and provide services by full container, part load, roll on roll of vehicle, specialised or temperature controlled equipment. We identify different service options and provide you with loading and transit times by the most direct route that suits your timeframe and budget.
Road Transport
With access to over 60 vehicles we have no problem fulfilling any UK or European delivery schedule for single or multi truck events or road shows. We can provide full conference spec 13.5m trailers, as well as 26 tonne and 7.5 tonne vehicles in either rigid or curtain side formats, with or without tailifts as well as a multitude of express sprinter van services. We can provide working drivers and pd’s can either be included in the invoice or settled individually on-site.
International Customs Clearance and Deliveries
Drawing on the local knowledge of our unique worldwide network of customs brokers and partners we can monitor your shipments all over the world on a 24 hour basis. Our partners will liaise with you on site regarding deliveries and collections as well as assisting in identifying the correct customs procedures, delivery schedules, bonds, letters of guarantee and other related services. Supply of local crew for unloading / loading, storage and on-site lifting equipment can also be arranged.
ATA Carnets
Production Freight has dealt with the UK Chamber of Commerce for many years and we are able to provide insurance bonds and the preparation of ATA Carnets with the minimum of fuss and time.
